Pearlish is based in Kobe, Japan, and we ship our products nationwide.

How do I care for my pearl jewelry?
Pearls are delicate and require special care. Wipe your pearls with a soft cloth after each wear to remove oils and dirt. Store them separately from other jewelry to avoid scratches. How do I place an order?
Browse our collection on our website, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping and billing information, and complete your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB. We also accept payments through cash on delivery.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please be advised that import tax will be required to be paid through the customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic orders within Japan typically take 5 days for standard shipping. International orders usually take 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

What should I do if I haven't received my order?

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items returned must be unused, in original condition, and complete with all accessories. Final sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
Our products come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
How do I claim warranty service?
To claim warranty service, contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue.
We may request photos or other evidence to verify the defect.
If approved, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
