Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please be advised that import tax will be required to be paid through the customer.

Domestic orders within Japan typically take ５ days for standard shipping. International orders usually take 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items returned must be unused, in original condition, and complete with all accessories. Final sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
